Returns

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Some items, such as personal care products, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons; such exceptions will be clearly noted at purchase.
Refunds

- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
